Specific details of the trip are not available in this section. If you need them, I’d be happy to provide you with them. Just email me! Once again, your child will get all the forms on Monday. Payment arrangements need to be confirmed with the business office by Friday. All forms must be returned to your child’s advisor by Friday also.
Please pay special attention to the directions on medication. If your child needs to have medication administered, you must provide the specific details on this form BEFORE the trip. Medication will be given to the trip leader (in this case, Mr. John Salach) on the day of departure.
